Actual vehicles that came through the shop in Beckley — what was wrong with the paint, which correction level it took, and what the work costs at posted pricing.

Completed jobs

Every job here is a vehicle that came through the Beckley shop

Each one lists what the paint was actually doing when it arrived, which correction level it needed and why, and what the services cost at posted pricing. No packages, no "from" prices, and no stock photography.

How to read these

What a job page tells you

Looking at a finished vehicle tells you very little on its own — almost any clean car photographs well. What's useful is knowing what the paint looked like beforehand and what it took to change it.

  • What came in. The actual condition of the paint, described honestly rather than as "needed a little love".
  • Which correction level, and why. Colour and existing damage drive this, not budget tiers.
  • Which coating, and why that one. How long the owner plans to keep the vehicle usually decides it.
  • What it costs. Posted pricing, so you can work out roughly where your own vehicle would land.

Worth knowing

Your vehicle probably needs something different

A black truck with years of swirling is close to the hardest case there is. Most vehicles need less.

A lighter-coloured car with light wash marring often looks excellent after a one-step correction at $250. Someone keeping their vehicle two more years may be better served by a five-year coating at $300 than a lifetime package. The point of quoting per vehicle is that the honest answer is frequently "less than you were expecting".

Before and after beats after. Where a genuine before shot of the same panel exists, it's shown side by side. Two unrelated vehicles labelled before and after prove nothing, so you won't find that here.

Frequently asked

About the work shown here

Are these real customer vehicles?

Every vehicle on this page came through the shop at 124 Appalachian Drive in Beckley. The photographs are of the actual work, not stock images or examples from elsewhere, which is why the pages describe specific defects on specific paint rather than generic results.

Can I get the exact same package as a vehicle shown here?

You can book the same services, though whether they're the right ones for your vehicle is a separate question. Correction level is decided by your paint's condition and colour. Text photos to 304-923-5664 and you'll get a recommendation for your vehicle rather than a copy of someone else's job.

Why do some jobs need three correction stages and others only one?

Because the amount of damage in the clear coat varies enormously, and so does how much a given colour reveals. Dark finishes magnify whatever marring is left behind, so they often justify the extra refining stage. Lighter colours with light swirling frequently look excellent after a single stage.

Will my vehicle look like the examples on this page?

A vehicle that starts in similar condition and gets comparable work should finish in comparable shape. What can't be promised is a result beyond what the paint has left to give — if defects have gone through the clear coat into the base coat, polishing cannot bring back what isn't there, and you'll be told that before booking rather than after.

How often does this page get new jobs added?

New work goes up as jobs are completed and photographed. The shop's Facebook page tends to get posts first, so it's worth following there as well — or call or text 304-923-5664 and ask about work on a vehicle similar to yours.

Do you only work on trucks?

No. Trucks are well represented because this is southern West Virginia and they're a large share of what comes through, but cars, SUVs and the occasional weekend vehicle all get the same process. Correction first, coating second, regardless of what the vehicle is.

Can I see a vehicle in person before booking?

Call or text 304-923-5664 first so someone is free rather than mid-job, and bringing your own vehicle by is often more useful anyway — paint assessed under proper shop lighting gives a far more accurate correction recommendation than photographs can.
